Helping people to release their stress in life, feel calmer, relaxed and lead a peaceful life has been my path for the last few years.
As a holistic healer I have continued to heal myself of any hurts, past life trauma and to try to lead a conscious and positive life.
This is so I can be a better healer for my clients.
Reiki has helped with keeping me grounded and able to offer life force energy to the better help my clients.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese Energy Healing modality.
It's based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” that flows through our bodies. A Reiki practitioner gently moves her hands just above or on the client’s clothed body, with the intention of reducing stress and promoting healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy.
